If you want to rename a project, you can do so from both the project page and from the project environment. Here is how you can do so:
From project page

In the project table, click on the three dots near the project name that you want to change.

It will open up a dropdown from which you need to click on Rename.

This will open a pane with an text field where you can input your desired project name.

Once you made the changes, you need to click on the Save changes button at the bottom left corner of the pane.

From project environment page

On the top left corner of the page, you can see the project name. You can either click on that or you can click on the three dots near the project name.
Clicking on the project name If you clicked on the project name, then you will see a text field appear. You can type your desired project name and click the enter key on your keyboard.
If you clicked on the three dots near the project name, then you will see a dropdown with the Rename option.

Click on Rename and a text field appears. You can type your desired project name and click on the tick icon in the left side.
